The Gallery Nessim was founded in 2006 with the aim of representing the most outstanding Hungarian photographers on the highest possible level. They have organised more than 40 exhibitions in the past years in Budapest mainly of the works of Hungarian photographers. It’s also important to the gallery to follow the actual events and trends in the region that is why it has presented artworks from Czech, Sloven and Russian artists as well.
The gallery also aims to feature its artists on international art fairs. It has been invited to many prestigeous fairs in the recent years not only to Europe but also to countries like Turkey. The works of the artists represented by the gallery can be found in several private and public collections, from the Victoria and Albert Museum to the Musée d’Elysée, from Dubai even to San Fransisco.
